Our Goal To provide accessible connections to community partners, social activities, and necessary resources of daily life. What can Information Orillia do for you? We offer support with resource navigation, a mail service, public phone, printed resources, and more Services - How can we help you? Navigation Information Orillia provides 1-on-1 customized support in connecting to community resources and social services. Visit our office to see how we can help you connect with the resources you’re looking for. Phone Service Information Orillia provides a phone service for those without access to a telephone. Come into our office to use our public phone for up to 10 minutes a day. Mail Service Don’t have an address for getting mail? Information Orillia can receive your mail for you. Pick-up is easy, just bring your ID and you’ll be able to get your mail as soon as it arrives. Printed Resources Information Orillia has a wide array of print resources for all the organizations and services you need and want. From food bank schedules to the next concert in the park, we have a pamphlet or flyer to let you know. Tax Clinic Please note: the tax clinic is currently closed. Information Orillia runs a free tax clinic every year. Check out our social media, office, or website for updates on operating dates and schedules during tax season. Curious about the Tax Clinic?
