Information Orillia provides 1-on-1 customized support in connecting to community resources and social services. Visit our office to see how we can help you connect with the resources you’re looking for.
Phone Service
Information Orillia provides a phone service those without access to a telephone. Come into our office to use our public phone for up to 10 minutes a day.
Mail Service
Don’t have an address for getting mail? Information Orillia can receive your mail for you. Pick-up is easy, just bring your ID and you’ll be able to get your mail as soon as it arrives.
Printed Resources
Information Orillia has a wide array of print resources for all the organizations and services you need and want. From food bank schedules to the next concert in the park, we have a pamphlet or flyer to let you know.
Tax Clinic
Unfortunately, our tax clinic is currently closed until February 2026. But soon enough, we’ll be back to offer our tax services, free of charge, to the whole community.
Events and Tourism
Information Orillia is always receiving information on upcoming events in our community. We also have plenty of resources on tourism for those new to the region, just visiting, or looking for something fun to do!
